Looking for an experienced coder/hacker comfortable with asm - will pay

As unambiguous as the title is I'm looking for someone that has experience reversing functions in ollydbg using debug/text strings.
Basically what needs to be done is you need to help me find and nop the bytes for a kick command within a game(which is called Midnight Club 2 ). This needs to be done without any packet editing if possible, as it looks like all the packets are encrypted and I don't want to get into packet algorithm and packet encryption methods.
I've set a few hardware breakpoints to figure out where the function relatively is in assembly using olly, but I'm still a long ways away from cracking the kick command in the game.

The game is free to play and I can provide you a link if need be. I'll also be paying you a fairly decent amount for your efforts(via paypal), that is if you manage to get the kick command working.

PS: The game has no anti-cheat so memory patching should be a breeze and make your job alot easier.
