How to Hack Game Dev Tycoon (Money & Research Points)

Hello everybody, today I will be showing you in a step by step tutorial to hack your money, and research points on the popular game: Game Dev Tycoon! (Works on Windows 8). I am not sure if it works on other versions of windows! Please say in the comments if it works on Windows XP and 7 because I am currently running Windows 8. Requirements:
Game Dev Tycoon (FULL)
Windows 8
Notepad

*NOTE* MAKE SURE GAME DEV TYCOON IS CLOSED BEFORE PROCEEDING

Step 1. First, go to: Computer - Local Disk (C - Users- YourName - Appdata - Local - Packages - B3B9BB81.56264F78B4FFF_swksbykwsp6kr - RoamingState.

Step 2. There should be files that say 1, 1L1, (etc.). The only ones that you want to edit are your recently saved games such as AUTO and 2 or 3. Open Game Dev Tycoon, then right click in game, then "load". It should show at the top: AUTO, then in the middle: 1, and at the bottom: 2 or 3. Then, go back to the RoamingState folder. If you have the file 2 use 2, if you have 3, use 3.

Step 3. First, right-click AUTO then open with, click "NOTEPAD".

Step 4. After it is open in notepad, click "find" in the top right corner, then search "cash". It should highlight "cash".

Step 5. Next to cash should be a number, edit the number to however much you want, but remember the number because you have to put the same thing in files 2 or 3. then click "save' just in case.

Step 6. Then click "find" again, this time search "researchpoints". It should highlight "researchpoints".

Step 7. Do the exact same thing as "Step 5".

Step 8. Save the changes to the file, then exit it out and open "2" or "3". Do the same exact thing as Steps 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Step 9. Save the file then open Game Dev Tycoon and you have as much Cash, and Research Points you entered in!

Do you have it on steam? If you do it would be at something like C:\user/programfiles(x86)/steam/steamusername/common/steamapps/gamedevtycoon

uhh this tutorial doesnt work. first of all, the game is on steam, second of all, the folder 'B3B9BB81.56264F78B4FFF_swksbykwsp6kr' is your own personal folder, and will not be there for anyone else. i would recommend updating this tutorial

I have done mine a easier way and not a as complicated as that. Simple and gets you tonnes fast.
