Unless this is cheap as hell, I can't see anyone buying this. Rank isn't something you buy, it's built over time while you enjoy and improve at the game. Nobody that is rank 200k would buy a 130k account, all they would do is lose ranks.

You can easily get to rank 150k in one day maybe less. All you have to do is DT+HR old easy songs and you get ranks easy

You start out in the millions so no you cannot get to 150k in one day. I was doing DT+HR+HD on my first few days and I only got to rank 500k by the end of it after playing for 6 hours. Maybe if you dont actually have anything else to do AT ALL and you play for 15 hours, its possible. And I didnt put a price because I put to skype me offers
