Anti-afk minecraft

Help, i dont know how to stay afk in my server without being kicked off, my server has a restriction of 10min afk, but i can go through it with a anti-afk bot or pressing space and f11, and my char keep jumping. But here is the problem, after 15min there is another afk check and it kick me out with the message: you have been idle for too long!

Any suggestions? the server is 1.7.2

Find a place with water and put anti-afk

Or use a mouse macro recorder to create a autobot to walk and move at random intervals for you

Just make a water pool that goes around and put a beacon with regen so you won't die of hunger :P
