MSVCR120D.dll missing can not start any hack! Help me

I have with every Hack the Error that the Programm cant start cause MSVCR120D.ll is missing on the computer and that i should reinstall the Programm to fix the problem but which programm? and how can i fix this error i want to try new Hacks
