The method is based around the amount of reports that you recieve, and also your ranking.
The idea is to only play 1 game every 24 hours if you are of a higher rank (Below LEM).
If you are LEM or above it you can play a total of 2 games every 24 hours.

This is done because Overwatch resets your report count every 24 hours, and the report
count needed to be submitted to overwatch is 9. This means that if you queue with a
team of 5 (where your friends will not report you) you can rage hack 2 games before recieving a ban.

If you are not queuing with a team of 5 I recommend you to play only 1 game, due to the fact that
everybody on your team may report you.

Also, unranked accounts can rage a total of 2 games every 24 hours.

////////////////// METHOD 2 (PROBABLY DON'T WORK) \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
Method For Boosters:
1) In Warmup - Disconnect, Change Name, Reconnect.
2) During The Game After Warmup - Disconnect, Restart CSGO and then Reconnect.
3) Last Round Of The Game (15th) - Disconnect, Abandon The Game (Make sure you do it before the match actually is over, don't die before abandoning).
Booster's can play as many games as they want dependent on how many accounts they have due to the matchmaking cooldown.

Method For Personal Use:
1) In Warmup- Disconnect, Change Name, Reconnect.
2) During The Game After Warmup - Disconnect, Restart CSGO and then Reconnect.
3) Last Round Of The Game (15th) - Disconnect (Make sure you do this before the match has actually finished, you cannot die before leaving), and then wait for the game to finish.
For personal use I recommend playing 2 games, then waiting a few hours, then playing a 3rd.
I would advise you not to play more than 3 games every 24 hours.
