Yeah Since It Is Injected Into The Process Itself. You Shouldn't Have An Issue With It While Using Full Screen. The Only Thing I Can Recommend Is Maybe Not Use The Friendly + Enemy Esp And Make It Just Enemy. There's Something With The Boxes That Weird.
