Two questions:
1. Do they give refund without even doing anything about it? When Mr X told representative in the first transcript that the box was empty, representative immediately concluded to give him the refund? Really? that easy?
2. Lets assume I said box had been tampered with and it was empty when I received the package. Will they most likely perform investigation on the courier or will they do weight check?
