Simple conclusion to this arguement

Even though I follow a religion, I cannot say god exists 100%. But if he does exist he does not "Fly" around..
When you think of the word god you think something you cannot comprehend. If god does exist which I hope he does then I'm pretty sure
we cannot comprehend anything about who how what he is and how he created himself.

yes without evidence debate is meaningless, personal belief on the basis of meaningless assumptions is personal preferences, though not realistic. And these individuals will be eliminated by natural selection

Waiting for evidence can be a religious thing too, for example no one can prove me that lucid dreaming is possible, so if i am waiting for proof i would never know if i can or not lucid dream.

Christianity (Catholics, Baptists, and the nearly endless other sub catagories of Chrisitanity) are controlled by elderly white dudes. Judaism, Islam (although elderly Imans are not white) these religions follow the same script. Men dominate women. And those not subscribing to these religions are considered heritics or worse. These men have control and are not about to give it up.

It constantly amazes me that people of color can follow Christianity. A religion that still supports slavery within it's scriptures. The southern states in the US would love to go back to the 50's or earlier. I do despise the south. And I'm an elderly white dude that grew up there. I escaped to the west coast post haste when I was able to, that is.
