Apparently I released the hack 3 days ago, and it got patched. Bump.
But I updated it to work with latest version, hopefully it will hold for longer.

You need to start Insanity Flyff before you start the hack, then selected a process in the list.

Insanity Flyff patches the hack / updates the game, almost instant.
