Just email them saying you have not received the item and they should ask some questions and just answer and talk crap and eventually they will ask if you want a refund or replacement or they might just say they are giving you a replacement and in that case say no you want a refund. Easy as that.

Yes it does, if you check with the support of the website or shop it works for basically anywhere that doesnt say "we are not responsible for damaged goods due to shipping" or something like that.

Like the other guys told you. Never use the I´ve found shit in my box method. They´ll simple ask for a return or they´ll try their very best to fuck you over.

but the parcel was shipped with a courier express (BRT), the last refund on amazon the courier knock at my home for more info, after 2 week i have written to the amazon support again and they have me refunded. Is not better to say that the parcel was empty?

Thanks man, gonna try this if I can't get anyone else to do it. If the only options are email and phone support, what should I do? (For a $100 purchase.)
