Activity is bullshit?

Just 5 hours ago it was 21% now somehow it is 18%?
Just 15 mins ago it was 19%, and I was active and posting the last 15 mins.

DBB was perma-banned like last week his activity is like what 60?

When I got banned for 3 weeks, mine was at 62%.
By time I got back mine was at 52%

DBB's just like doesn't move. =\ Unless its going up.
