Buying with prime delivery

Hey guys, excuse me if this is in the wrong place, I looked and didn't really know where to post.
I was just wondering if you guys who do amazon refunds are able to refund items that have been bought using prime next day delivery?
If I bought an item and had it delivered using Prime next day delivery instead of standard delivery, would it still be refundable? would it make a difference?
