Phoenix Source New 1.9.2

Hello, I'm trying to setup the new phoenix source 1.9.2. I think i've done everything correctly, i've changed the port to 8080 and such. But when i START server.exe and wserver.exe and then after the client i get this error after a short while on the server.exe console Please help!!

I'm sorry if im dumb or i'm just quite new.
btw i already completed the normal PRIVATE servers (mmo empirates and krazyshanks, club source)
I'm just taking the NEXT step :P

Did you set up mySQL properly? Download XAMPP
