I'm just asking about FLO skin changer. Is that detected or not? Anyone using it?

Yes, is DETECTED

But you can use it when you start cs:go without Steam. But only in Bot Game

Start in insecure mode and you can use it. Just add "-insecure" to launch options without the quotes and start csgo.

The last version posted on MPGH is detected so if it's from anywhere else we can't help you.
