Hey boys, I am working and almost finishing a LTB to Unity3D with animations and UV's!
I have done all but the UV's so far so I am pretty close.. I have done this with CrossFire and decided to experiment with CA since they use the same engine!
One thing i would like to ask is a LTB model of a character so i can experiment with those to xD
Who wants the tool when I am done with it PM me.
The reason I'll never support anything Unity3D or Unreal or any new school game engines is because they're too much drag and drop with very little coding. On top of that, Why would you waste your time converting low poly 15 year old model formats like LTB when you can simply google the same models and get high poly versions for free with rag doll applied and not hard coded animations?
the way I see this, you're doing something that's more of a waste of time. Even Source Engine models are higher poly than anything Lithtech based has EVER been.
Lithtech was what i believe to be the last GOOD public game engine that was 70/30 split between coding and physical model/texture/script files. The engines of today are boring. Unity started a trend of "making it too easy" and game design just isn't the same. It's not fun anymore. That's why this section is dead. It's just not fun anymore.
