When you compare "UFC" and boxing, it's better to say MMA as it makes more sense. Like comparing a promotion and a sport, doesn't make any sense. Sry for shitpost.
Of course it is, even if there is a great boxing match, the rest of the card is always trash!! MMA gives complete exciting cards, 5-6 fights you look forward too, rather then 1 main fight like boxing IMO
If CMG beats mcgregor it may kill boxing, as it is dying.
