Custom User Titles?

I was wondering if it were possible to enable custom user titles.

Right now my user title is : Duel Keyboard Member

If it is possible can someone change my user title to Banned? (please don't really BAN me :P)

Also, my profile on MPGH can't display the "." (dots) in the URL. I was wondering if a Mod or Dave could change my name to Kira

You need to have 1K posts to be able to change it to your liking.

What about name? .Kira. for the profile URL can't display the "." so NO ONE can get into it.
