Personally I just sleep when I'm tired. I don't care much what time it is. But I can't sleep for more than 4 hours at a time which means I usually get about 6 hours of sleep per night. I'm too accustomed to waking up around 0400. So if you were to divide up the 24 hour clock that we all(MPGH included) run on, I'm on at some point in each 6 or 8 hour period. Meaning I'm on at some point in the morning, afternoon, evening, and late night. Maybe and maybe not a lengthy visit.
