Adding new tiles and objects to a private server

Ok, so I know how to add new items to a private server. However, for some reason I can't figure out how to go about adding more floor/ground tiles and objects like walls and pillars. Any help would be appreciated!

But If I add a new tile(club559's source) the nexus won't load . Please help me.

you cannot try to make fun of this guy for not knowing anything when all you did in private servers was add custom items xD

But how can I do that?
