real use for binoculars

the binoculars controls the cannon thingys at the back of the bases artillry im still finding out how to do it

EDIT: I FOUND OUT HOW

1st use the binocular and rightclick a few then if tis green hold right clicka dn push space bar thise targetting sytems thingy bar will pop and scan THEN push spacebar again its gonna count down and its gonna launch u cant exit the binocular till tis done

the bars might show wehre itll mostly

105mm is the size of the barrel, and how can u buy the binoculars? I tried buying them and it said i had 0 cash, but i had like 40k left over? Do you need primium or something?
