Untrusted Bans

Hello, I am a long time CS:GO cheater and I have been having a problem with untrusted bans. I have been never overwatched or directly VACed because of a detected cheat. I Have only received untrusted bans. Every time I get an untrusted ban I try to research them a little more and try to see what I did wrong. After my last account got untrusted I thought I completely understood the untrusted system and how not to get one. And yet with only using a very legit aim assist and ESP only and not even using the aim assist 50% of the time i still got an unstrusted. Can someone explain unstrusted or link me to a comprehensive guide of the "unstrusted" system, or tell me what in I'm doing wrong.
