The people who ask the questions here and are still learning should not be minion.

The people who answer the questions and have more knowledge should.

Unfortunately the person who answered most questions lost his position and was banned for arguing with liz.

There doesn't seem like there is anyone with broad enough skills in Visual Basic to take the position now.
