Level 3 quick? Multiple accounts

Hey guys,
So, I was thinking about buying a HEAP of CS:GO accounts (For a project), and I was wondering if you could use Sandboxie or something to get them all to level 3 quickly instead of doing them all individually. I have been told this is possible, but I'm not to sure as if it is and how you would do it. I would really appreciate some help.

I got my own method also without using any cheats or any illegit actions,not willing to say it but as a help consider playing casual for the best amount of exp.
