holy shit I ALMOST DIED
ALRIGHT. so, for all you who watch criss angel (mindfreak), i learned to stop my pulse in my wrists 
. for all of you who DONT watch him, go watch when he stops his pulse, then come back.
ANYWAY, so i just did it again to see if i could still do it. and it worked...woot. so, then i stopped. and like..MY PULSE DIDNT COME BACK. YEA...SCARY. i was like OHSHIT IM GONNA DIE!!
so yea..it took like 15-20 seconds for it to come back..and my arm got all red and numb and shit...and now its still cold...lol
