no they havnt.

What they did is implemented a rootkit with obregister callbacks and such. Due to them doing this without a kernel driver you will not be able to edit any memory of the game. But they did not block it.

As an awnser to your question - Yes and no.
When you recompile it it IS a unblocked CE. But since you dont have a kernel driver you cannot do anything with it unless you play on servers with BE off.
