How to get started with Internal

Hey,

I'm learning C++ and Java programmation since 2 years now and i did some external things on CS:GO (i'll release hax w/ source soon), now i'm looking for learning how to do an Internal hack , is there some important information that i need to know about that ? Can someone explain me what is a hook and how it works please ?

i started on that video. but the sdk is really outdated. u need to spend a while updating everything lel.
