Should I release tutorial on how to perma cloak?

Those guides are rubbish. The guide I might release if people are interested allows you to perma cloak any time without the risk of dc with a step by step guide on how to configure the perma cloak

I plan on releasing a step by step guide as those links listed above tell you only briefly how to do it if people are interested.

You will only get banned if people record you. If you are gonna do this on a named account I will only suggest you perma cloak when you are alone in a dungeon or something. Rushing abby is easy as pie

Step 1: Keep pressing space so you go back to cloaking each time you regenerate enough MP.
Step 2: Loot.

How to perma cloak, use cheat engine to run it on 1.3x speed.
Done.

You could use that method by just setting cheat engine to 1.3 speed
