I am taking a class on autodesk inventor,I might get this too

You only need this if you are gonna be an architect, plus to be good at you'll prob. have to spend loads of time in it.

Naws, theres creative stuff you can do with lighting and shit..
+I agree, it will take tons of time.

This looks amazing, it would be great for screwing around with without any knowledge of creating meshes or even basic geometry. I skimmed through it about 30 seconds and got the impression that you do the basic floor plan and it generates what the houe would look like, then you make it look awesome.
