are they shared with somone else, will it be ideal for runing long term service e.g webhosting

i don't advise you with that , i do not set them up . I have my own provider , at this point i cannot confirm he will last for long term.

Changed the provider , no longer non genuine windows 2012 , it's windows 2008 now .

This time they are different , previous provider was located in canada .
