Illegal Mods or Skins Tool

i released my chams hack for l4d2 like 2 or 3 months ago.. alot of ppl always told me sv_consistenty getting them kicked from the sv_consistenty protected server(almost 100% of the servers)/singleplayer games

anyways i made this tool to bypass it. dont worry about vac, i kinda bypassed it for now i mean i was using this for more than a month and im clean. i highly compressed the .exe file so other programs or vac will not be able to read it properly or get the code out of it. i faked the file to act like a system file so its will not look suspicious.

if you get any kind of error like "out of memory" or something like that, just set this thing to an older version of ur current windows version

btw its gui is not complete, i need to animate the background and its will be buggy till i convert it to c++.
