Current overwatch bypass?

Are there any current ways to bypass overwatch? I read 11 reports and resets every 24 hours is this true?

Overwatch needs 8 rounds in a row to form a case for someone to watch. If you miss a full round (not the start, end, or middle of a round, you need to miss the entire round AFAIK) at least once every 7 rounds, you should not be overwatched. This allows for you to ragehack and not get banned, but be careful with untrusted bans & forgetting to DC every so often. Try to DC every 5 rounds, that way if you forget for a round or are at 14-14 or something, you're still safe.

When do Overwatch reports reset, every 24hrs? or 48? Iv heard 24, but not sure just wanted to ask you.
