youll just get a soft ban usually if you go to far, i jump to central park every once in a while and they dont let me catch anything for 30 mins to and hour usually

I've gotten quite a lot of Dratini, including a 100% IV one from Pier 39 in San Francisco, so I think it's still a nest.
