Bought the account from him, took a little while but everything seems fine so far. According to the seller the the account's email was changed from original email to seller's email which I then changed to mine.

If no further shenanigans happen in the future then I would vouch for our new seller here.

Bought the account from him, he add some internet issues but in the end I did get the account. We'll see how it goes from here, however I was able to secure the account changing the email, and password with no issues.
