Rust Vac banned accounts

I was wondering if i set my rust server to have no vac protection then would i be able to buy rust vac banned accounts and use them to bot my server while other people could still be able to join even if they are not vac banned ?

i have a spare rust copy incase my other gets ban... people who risk a ban without a backup are dumb

Why would it be dumb? i never have a spare copy. it's just a waste of money.

i think you guys are reaidng it wrong i want to fake my server population
and the only way i can see of doing it now days is by setting my server to non vac protected and buying Vac ed rust accounts
