Account scammed + getting Ddossed

Try to do some search engine searches on your victim, or perhaps even look through Leaked Sources, I'm sure you can find something about them, such as IP addresses or so. If anything, even if you're looking to DDoS them, and you already have their IP address(es), it's most likely that you would require to pay a few dollars to send an attack, considering a majority of these services aren't free..

You can try to recover your account by contacting Wolfteam's support, I'm sure they can help you if you have certain documents with you such as proof of any payments (Considering your account's worth hundreds of euros, right?), or so. If possible, ask them to list all of the IP addresses that were logged when logging onto your account, that may help you obtain the victim's IP address, say that you will need it for security reasons.

I'm very experienced with this i have a few tips that may help you, Buy a new router, have a vpn on and if you want to reverse this on them ask them to send you a email and then if they do, open up the mail and do full header or show original, if it's google then if you press on options for that mail it should have show original then you find the original sender of the email and then somewhere next to his email should have a ip, Then you just dox it if you know how to. I indeed dit that. The thing is that they blackmailed me. They send me a video were they used a speed hack on my account an hour later. They said if i would get it back my account would be banned. Because they would report me. Thats why im kinda desperite.

Then your best method is to either try attack them back (For revenge atleast) or get in FULL contact with the support and explain the entire situation.
