Hey when i scan for WepMGR, im getting "923795456". Do you know why im getting this? how do i get the actual address?

Use Olly and IDA or C.E (suspend method/bypass). Or just use sig scan.

Im sig scanning in olly and it cant find some sigs. it found LOCALPTR but not WepMGR and ClientFX. Do you know why FindPattern() isnt working for these patterns?

Not sure but some sig maybe outdated or a bit changed I guess.
