[FREE] Custom Image Titles

Hey, everyone!
I'm willing to make custom image titles for free.

Requirements:
At least 1337 posts / or Premium member / or Staff member (must meet at least one of the reqs.)

Your request must follow this format:
Background Colour: (Please be as specific as possible, eg 'Dark Blue/Navy' instead of 'Blue')
Text: (7 Characters at max, or 8 with a reduced font size)
Text Colour: (White is recommended)
Icon URL:
Swirl: (Yes/No)

Background Colour: Lightish blue, not the exact same colour as my NewsFo but something that looks good next to it.

Text Colour: Not sure on this, White if you think that looks gud, but if it's hard to see then maybe something else.

Well I'm too lazy for the format. I want something like this:

Just instead of the U being "censored" (with a *), I want the C to be censored (with a *). Everything else could be the exact same, or as close as you can get.
