Heres some tips depending on your age;

1. If you cant find a code to buy there is many people who will sell cape accounts for a cheaper price. Just make sure you get one that is full access and has TID.
2. If you are able to go to Minecon 2017 I highly recommend that you go with a friend or family member. If they do not play minecraft they'd give you there code so you could even resell one to make profit.
3. Buy from very trusted members on ebay.
