External Dll Cheat Causing High Ping???? [H1Z1]

When i'm playing h1z1 with my external hacks, my ping goes upwards of 500 to 1000 MS when in game. As soon as I start the game with hacks my teamspeak and game ping jumps that high. When i'm not cheating. My ping is fine. Is it because my of my CPU load? When hacks are off, I get 50% CPU load, and when they're on I get 100%. Is it because of all the drawing of the esp has to do? I don't see why CPU load would cause ping spikes.

My Download on speedtest is 60 down and 10 up. Someone please help!
