i know, its ugly. how should i improve.

Ugly? It's not, it's quite good. I think the text ruins it, I'd make it just a tag (no text). Colors blend pretty well, effects round the sprite look great.

Maybe find a bigger sprite.
Also, when making sprite signatures, try to create a certain direction, like if you look @ Haze's you'll see what I mean.
