1) Run the program
2) Turn internet off
3) Pick level and press install
4) start the game without internet

After i changed my Level can i turn steam cloud and internet on? (sry for my bad english)

Yes, you can turn your internet back on once the game starts.

Didn't noticed that we have to change the Steam ID first so that will work.

I have just one important question: can i use it on my main? Is it possible to get banned by this?

did you changed the Steam ID into your ID?

what do you mean with 'changed your steam ID' ? You cannot change the ID, you have to create a new account. btw i tried to downgrade my level and it worked but as soon as i turned back on my internet the cloud files synced with my local files and im back at lvl 75..
