So I'm trying to refund a company and I used the "did not arrive" method. A claim has been filed to FedEx and I'm currently waiting for them to contact me. The package was not signed, how likely is it for the claim to be approved?

Full refund, it was only one thing.

Well there's the problem. A single item claimed never arrived, and via fedex.
Chances of a successful and speedy refund decrease exponentially with those 2 factors.

Bodybuilding tends to ship out their items typically in one shipping box. I ordered a total of 10 items and they all came in one single box, weighing up to around 16lbs.
To FedEx
We never liked your service
