[TUT] How to use these forums? wip

Hello all,

Rather some people who come on these forums, don't have any idea yet of all the functions!
Let me give it a try to complain nearly all the functions.


I.
The basics

Some icons
You logg in, enter the forums and you see this:



So now you enter one of these, and there are some more icons giving you information.



User CP
This will be done in parts

Manage invites, click on it and you'll see what happens
Edit signature, this is where you can edit your signature
Edit email and password, follow the instructions and press the "save changes" button if you have to.
Edit profile, fill in your "Registration Required Information", "Optional Information" and your "Additional Information".
Edit options, "Login & Privacy", "Messaging & Notification", "Thread Display Options", "Date & Time Options" and "Miscellaneous Options" can all be changed here. This is also the place where the VIP Authentication Code has to be filled in.
Edit avatar, this is where you can edit your avatar
Edit profile picture, this is where you can edit your profile picture

List messages, Your inbox. There is an option to switch between "inbox" or "sent items".




Send new message, Send a message to someone
Track messages, Track a message.
Edit folder, You can make new folders in here. For example, if you want to save your important messages to another folder then Inbox or Sent Items, you can make a folder and move them in there.

List folders, Make new folders for your subscribed threads.

Event reminders, The events you reminded
Paid subscriptions, Available Subscriptions in here, just to go VIP.
Buddy / ignore list, Loved people or Hated people.
Attachements, All your attachements (very helpfull)

A posted message + options




1.this is the time the post have been posted if it is too old dont bump the old topic XD
2.this is the reply number in the order it as been posted
3.this is the user name and his rank name or custom name that is available to admin mod vip etc...
4.the avatar of the user
5.the join date the post count and some other details as llocation his reputation the little square and below msn icq aim....
6.this is the siggy can be edited in the control panel
7.edit button if you need to add something to your post press the edit button dont do another reply!!!!
8.quote button this will make a quote and you will reply after the quote
9.multi quote button ==..== this button doesnt even work but it multi quote
10.quick reply button dont work either but at the place of the big reply screen its only a little one...
11.this are ads, makes Dave earn cash to pay the server
12.the activity button to see if someone is connected
13.+rep button if someone post a trainer or a tutorial think of the +rep button
14.the report button if someone break a rule and you notice it you can report him by this button

yea sure but i cut the grass of other people and im 14 years old i dont do this for a living i do this as a summer job and i get 2500$ for the summer for only 8 hours of work ^^

BTW you should capatalize the acronym Work in Progress so people can see it better .

I don't live on the yacht, lmao. I do have a house, with a front yard. My backyard has a pool, there's absolutely no grass there, lol.

to use these forums you DO-NOT require cutting grass and getting off tropic... =/ grass has nothing do with that ..

To use these forums you DO NOT have to be an hentai freak.
