Help on creating an AQ3D ps

If anyone knows how to create an AQ3D ps, can you please tell me step by step on how to create on myself, im a complete noob so i would like to know. On my other thread, about aq3d private servers 2017, i noticed the some experienced people commented and helped out a little but i want to post this so experts can teach me how, also some of the other noobs can come by and learn how too Thanks!
