Offering my programming skillz

but can program in C++, Java, NodeJS, and Perl.
Previous Projects:
My first, and biggest project was a VPN. The VPN was made in with combination of programming languages. It used C# for the desktop app, Java for andoird app, PHP for the server side, Perl for OpenVPN authentication, and multiple others.

$12 USD an hour for preferred language.
$15 USD an hour for a non-preferred language.
Note we can negotiate a set price if you want.

Others will be accepted.
How payments will work:
You will pay me two hours worth of work before I start the work. This is just so I know you're not wasting my time. After receiving this payment I will proceed to do the work. Once the project is complete, I will send you a message with the amount of time I put in. At this point, I will expect to receive money. Once I have received the money, I will send you over the complete project. If for whatever reason I fail to complete the project, I will issue a refund.
Terms of Service:
- No refunds (there will be exceptions).
- Refusing to pay will result in scam report.
- Chargeback and ill kill u. (i know hitmen bish)
- I can refuse you for whatever reason.
