Intel or AMD? Suggestions?
So a friend wants to build a computer for about 800, he doesn’t want to spend too much so if you have any cheaper suggestions

AMD: https://************.com/list/RfjmGG

If you didn’t know just add the list/ whatever after pc part picker

Intel case is $50 just didn’t add it and the graphics card idk
Intel: https://************.com/list/nxxnnH

He wants to play games like overwatch, pubg, fortnite and stuff like that at decent settings so

He bought the HDD and RAM so can’t change those...2 things he can if he goes with either one unless he didn’t idk

wtf why would he pick the 2400g when hes getting a dedicated gpu anyways?

a ryzen 1500 or 1600 makes more sense as those cost about the same but offer more cpu performance
but i wouldnt buy a ryzen chip right now as those will have new ones coming out really soon

Ryzen is more for gaming/productivity.
For just gaming though you cannot go wrong with Intel.

if the only thing you do is gaming and you have a decently high budget intel is way better tho

Intel has been always ahead of AMD. single core performance triumphs all day.

Intel if you're rich
AMD if you are poor

Both do basically the same shit.
I like the example that intel is like nike shoes and AMD is kmart shoes. Both are comfy and do its job as a shoe. Kmart is just cheaper than nike shoes.
