I need help with pserver

I just created pserver and i want to add custom items/dungeons/monsters but it looks too difficult I need some help.

At the moment server is hamachi but in few days im gonna make it vps.

I'm using Fabiano's source.

How much coding do you know. If you have never touched Visual Studio or any code before, I suggest you learn some coding languages. Custom items and features are not hard to create, its just annoying to learn the first time.
