Its not currently. Hi Rez is a piece of shit company but it doesn't do P2W model, and even more so when they kinda had p2w in paladins ad people rebelled, so don't worry about that. Worry about them not listening to their core audience though. They do that shit in smite.

It's actually a fun game they've done lots of updates to the game already. Honestly to me it's just like fortnite without the building aspect and you also get to ride horses in the game so yay
