All the settings are low,Didn't do much.I'll try the game boost,For other things that run while playing combat arms,I keep my browser open and use a hack.For the consels,LOL,Man my father would destroy a brand new Xbox 360 if it was hooked up to the net so thats not a problem,Yes I can run combat arms,I should I got beyond the reqierments for it.The layout is classic,God what else,Pretty much the one thing I could use is the Game boost lol,Thanks.

Anyway, what are your system specs? Were you able to play CA while you were running your previous OS? The only thing I can think of is that your computer can't handle the game. How much ram do you have? What video card do you have, your processor? etc.
